STABILATOR CONTROL DEVICE FOR HELICOPTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mobility by easily conducting quick nose-up and nose-down in a stabilator control device in a helicopter.;SOLUTION: In an airframe 10, a control device 20 is provided, and an angle of a stabilitor 13 is controlled through a stabilitor drive device 12. When the airframe 10 makes nose-up in a direction of R1 as illustrated in drawing (a), the stabilator 13 is normally moved own to keep the airframe 10 horizontal to stabilize the airframe. However, in this invention, it is rotated in a direction RS2 as illustrated to let the stabilator up to make quick nose-up easy. When the airframe 10 makes a nose-down as illustrated in drawing (b), a steering angle to the stabilator 13 is changed in a direction RS1 for control to make nose-down easy. After completion of quick nose change, normal control is automatically restored, and the stabilator is actuated to the nose change to keep the airframe 10 horizontal, or keep a target attitude angle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
