PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the quantity of the frost heaving of a ground, and to enable it without complicating constitution.;SOLUTION: The frost heaving on the ground is generated without floating a rod-shaped supporter 14 by driving and anchoring the rod-shaped supporter 14 onto the ground 12 in driving length exceeding a previously assumed frost- heaving region. The quantity of the frost heaving of the ground is measured by moving frost-heaving recording bodies 26 interlocked with the supporter 14 only in the case of the frost heaving of the ground 12 on the basis of engagement with engaging pieces 48 to linear guide bodies 28 integrally arranged to the ground by the quantity corresponding to the case of frost heaving.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
