ethod of rotational anaerobic decomposition of waste materials of inorganic and organic origin, aiming at the production of quality topsoil and recycled fuels. It consists of units (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) for the initial process of anaerobic decomposition that complete the first cycle of the operation and is completed by the parts (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), and (11) as well as various other auxiliary mechanisms. This method aims at converting waste materials into fossil fuel with the most economical terms for the operation and maintenance of the complex. Two uniquely designed rotating cylinders, such as the Rotating Anaerobic Decomposer (5) and the Secondary Decomposer (9) ensure the decomposition of material of (a) organic and (b) combined organic and inorganic origin for the production of either quality topsoil or recycled fuel (known as "Green Coal"), respectively. Both products are homogeneous, absolutely stable and friendly to the environment. The objective of the first cylinder is mainly the decomposition of the material of organic origin with the use of a rapid increase of the temperature under the anaerobic conditions inside the cylinder, whereas the second cylinder is used for the completion of the decomposition process and through a system of absorption fan for the removal of moisture and vapours and the stabilisation of the product. For completing the processing, four days are required. The processing can also lead to the production of condensed water for use in plant growing and agriculture.
