TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the field of video encoders, and more particularly, to an encoding method based on adapting a match tracking method to an error texture coding process in a triangle mesh. The process is limited to a particular triangle selected according to predefined criteria with each iteration of the encoding method. The optimal strategy for arranging atoms in this triangle is to randomly select the geometric center of gravity of the selected triangle as the center of the atoms, or to reuse error energy information for atomic center placement, and to substitute the frame difference (DFD) energy within the selected triangle. The center has the highest energy in the second case arbitrarily chosen as the center of the atoms.
