PREPARATION METHOD OF ORGANIC POLYMER POWDER BY DISPERSION POLYMERIZATION TO CONTROL THE CHARACTERISTIC FACTORS OF THE ORGANIC POLYMER POWDER

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing organic polymer powder by a dispersion-polymerization for controlling selectively the various characteristic factor of the organic polymer powder, wherein the organic polymer powder can be used for cosmetic pigments, paint pigments, a quenching agent, water- and oil-absorbent for industry. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises: a raw material-injecting step controlling the particle size by controlling the kinds and the amount of a solvent, a surfactant, a stabilizer, and a monomer selected from the group consisting of methyl(meta)acrylate, ethyl(meta)acrylate, butyl(meta)acrylate, styrene, divinylbenzene, and vinyl acetate; a polymerization step controlling the particle size, the particle distribution, and the morphology by a multistep polymerization or a monomer-swelling method and a step polymerization; a washing step performing selective washing step by step, according to the surface characteristic; and a drying step.
