Terminal device (30) such as a PDA or computer used with transmission device such as a mobile phone (31) for connecting to a cellular network (15). The terminal device comprises a computer system (32) and means (35) for reading of network parameters from the transmission device (31) for determination of the actual geographical location of the transmission device. Device (35) is able to convert the read in network parameters to geo-reference data.
