Safety support for tracked open-cast mining plant uses support bolts cooperating with U-shaped seatings provided by support plates

The safety support is provided by support bolts (9,10) attached to the tracked chassis (1) on either side of the central track support axis at a given minimum horizontal distance from the latter. The support bolts cooperate with respective U-shaped seatings (13,14) in support plates (11,12) attached to the track carrier of the pendulum track, the support surfaces of the seatings effective shortly before reaching the tipping limit, for shifting the tipping axis.
