A seal (38) is provided at the tip of recess (13a) side wall of the cylinder head cover (13) to isolate the inside of the cover with a space where the fuel piping (39) is accommodated. The seal is made to abut the upper face of the integrated cam shaft holder (29). Another seal (37) seals the adjoining end of the cylinder head cover and the upper face of the cylinder head.
