The traffic managment method uses a positioning and/or location system for providing accurate position, movement direction and velocity data for traffic network subscribers, with digital transformation into the cyberworld by a telecommunication link with a central computer or computer network, for dynamic analysis of the traffic situation using different computer algorithms. The network subscribers are located within a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional space, for detection and prevention of a potential disaster by providing warning information and/or direct control.
