GPS/GLONASS error measurement correction system having exterior temperature/inertia variation measured and model parameters simulating/providing frequency derivative/correcting frequency measurement/time errors.
The error measurement correction process for time or frequency parameters has a local transmitter with a time base having a time reference varying with exterior phenomenon. Detectors (7) measure exterior parameters such as temperature, inertia or inertia variation. A model derives the frequency derivative from the temperature or inertial variation, providing corrected values for frequency measurement or time errors.
