PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a washing agent and a stabilizer for arsenic contaminated soil, by which arsenic can be efficiently washed from the arsenic contaminated soil and a method for washing and repairing the same, in which the washing agent and the stabilizer are used and environmental load is remarkably reduced and its risk is relieved. SOLUTION: The washing agent for arsenic contaminated soil comprises aqueous phosphoric acid, aqueous sulfuric acid or aqueous hydrochloric acid. The stabilizer for arsenic contained in soil comprises a lanthanum salt, a cerium (III) salt or an iron (III) salt. Such methods for washing and repairing arsenic contaminated soil are provided that these are used.
