The molecular analysis of Fusarium oxysporum genetic diversity comprises fingerprinting of the DNA of F. oxysporum f. sp. ciceris by rep-PCR for comparison with representative samples. Thus the DNA is contacted with a reaction mixture for enzymatic amplification of DNA via a pair of specific initiators relative to the repetitive elements of the genomic DNA.
