Arrangement for the detection of punctual targets using spatial and temporal image processing

摘要

The device allows detection of a low target with known radio metric characteristics. There is an optical device mounted on a terrestrial observational satellite, and applying successive images representing a mutual recovering in the direction of the satellite displacement. This is done through the use of a matrix (12) functioning as a receptor to capture photo sensitive sites. There are means to analyze the image supplied by the optical device by way of localizing the targets. There are temporal and spatial filtering means. There are detecting means (32) to compare results of the filtering process
