PURPOSE: Provided is an industrial wastewater reclamation system for reusing industrial wastewater to prevent environment pollution and stably obtain water resource at low cost by employing a biofilter process, an AC/ACF sand filter process and an advanced oxidation process. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a sump(10) for collecting process water and domestic wastewater, a screen tank(20) for removing deleterious solids and scum using a screen, a flow equalization basin(30) for adjusting flow rate of filtrate and load fluctuation of pollutants in the filtrate of the sand filter, a rotating biological contactor(40) with a thermostat(42) for controlling temperature of biofilm and a compressor(45), a pH adjusting basin(41) for adjusting pH of the wastewater in the rotating biological contactor, a cartridge type activated carbon/sand filter(50) for removing suspended solids and colloids in wastewater, a UV sterilizing tank(60) for sterilizing the wastewater and decomposing undegradable and remained organic material using an advanced oxidation process, a treated water tank(70), a drain tank(80) for storing overflown sewage and wastewater containing sludge before retreating them, and a filter press(90) for filtrating, pressing and liquid-solid separating the sewage and wastewater.
