FIELD: hematological methods. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigations associated with determination of blood coagulation and can be used in rheumatologic, nephrological, and general therapeutic departments for estimation of efficiency of treating with low-molecular anticoagulants patients suffering from diffuse connective tissue diseases. In particular, one (i) measures, using thromboelastographic method, citrate blood reaction time (R) under conditions of low-contact activation accompanied with emergence of ionized calcium final concentration deficiency; (ii) determines immunoglobulin G level (IgG) in serum by method of one-dimensional radial immunodiffusion in agar gel before and after treatment with direct-action low-molecular anticoagulants; and (iii) creates model of dependence on indices before treatment (Kr) using regression analysis method according to formula Kr = 4.26 - 0.0144*R + 0,354*IgG. If value of sum of products of these parameters by coefficients -0.0144 and +0.354, respectively, and constant 4.26 is superior to 0.8, then treatment with direct-action low-molecular anticoagulants is predicted to be efficient.
