OFFICE ENVIRONMENT IN BUILDING AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT SERVER, MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable optimum environmental setting including temperature or the like based on answers collected from all the users in a building instead of depending on the experience of a supervisor and enable the users to act safely by respectively displaying an action and an escape route corresponding to a position of a user in the building at a time of disaster.;SOLUTION: A management server 10 has an environment management part 11 for inquiring all terminals 20 about opinions on office environment including temperature, humidity, lighting and the like and collecting answers to set optimum environment, and a disaster management part 12 for making up instruction information against disaster for each terminal 20 including an escape route based on a relation between a disaster occurrence position and a position and sending the information to respective terminal 20 when a disaster occurrence message is received. The management server 10 also has a terminal processing part 21 and a plurality of terminals 20 installed at offices in a building displays content of inquiries on screens when they receive inquiries from the management server 10. When a user inputs an answer, the answer is sent to the management server 10 and when it receives the instruction information against disaster, a screen graphically displays an escape route.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
