PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for a welding structure which is non-magnetic, lightweight and excellent in weldability, and a welding structural member formed of the material.;SOLUTION: The material for a welding structure is a clad material comprising a base material layer 2 formed of pure Al or Al alloy and a welded layer 3 which is diffusion-bonded to the base material layer. The welded layer 3 is formed of Ni-Cr alloy containing 6-30 mass % Cr. The welded layer 3 may be formed on a part of a surface of the base material layer 2.
