PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems how many photons rotate in each element, when a "love" spins and revolves and a photon rotates around it to generate an electromagnetic force, and why radioactive elements radiates photons.;SOLUTION: Electron neutrinos are generated in a field where He is produced. Its mechanism is considered, and how photons in the sun are emitted is considered. Atoms are produced by increasing the energy density. The energy density of He is about 4. The orbit of the electrons produced in He is the orbit in which electron neutrinos are generated. Consequently, the relation between the energy density of an element and the element can be found. The number of photons added to the orbit generating the element can thereby be known from its atomic weight. An electromagnetic force is generated, when the added photons rotate around the love.
