PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the collection and intake of many foods and medicines for the preventions and treatments of many degenerative diseases and for the acquisition of anti-oxidizing and anti-fatigue effects needs many labors and are difficult, and further a problem that the effect-efficacies of coenzyme Q10 must further surely be improved for the enhancement of a value as a nutritional supplementary food and for contribution to the health maintenance of consumers, although large degenerative disease-preventing and treating effects can be expected, when the coenzyme Q10 is supplied to mitochondria in cells to improve the production of energy, thus obtaining the anti-oxidative effect. PSOLUTION: This nutritional supplementary food is obtained by mixing coenzyme Q10 with various vitamins for inhibiting homocysteine, vitamins for improving metabolisms, and anti-oxidizing vitamins, further dissolving the mixture in a fish oil comprising an omega-3 oil containing EPA and DHA in large amounts, and then sealing the solution in soft capsules. Thereby, the nutritional supplementary food enhances the absorption of the coenzyme Q10, improves degenerative disease-preventing and treating effects such as a hypertension-preventing and treating effect, and improves the anti-fatigue effect and motor functions.
