PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for fabricating a thermally-shrinkable pipe are provided to easily connect the thermally-shrinkable pipe to a synthetic resin pipe by applying heat and pressing a heated part. CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin pipes are connected to each other by using a sheet(7) having a reinforcement line therein. Both sides of the sheet(7) are fed to guide tables(22,32). Then, both sides of the sheet(7) are pressed by means of moving pressing members(26,36), thereby fixing the sheet(7). When the both sides of the sheet(7) has been fixed, a melting section is heated by a heating source in the temperature of 250 to 300C. Then, the melting section is pressed by means of a pressing plate(20), thereby forming a thermally-shrinkable pipe.
