ARS FOR MEASURING QUALITY, CONCERNED WITH MONITORING A STATE, TRACE A POSITION OF A BAD SOUND AND DETECT A BAD WIRED/WIRELESS SECTION THROUGH AN AUTOMATIC LOOP TESTING

PURPOSE: An ARS for measuring quality is provided to monitor a state, trace a position of a bad sound and detect a bad wired/wireless section through an automatic loop testing. CONSTITUTION: An SIU(Signal Interface Unit)(30) is connected to mobile terminals(10a-10n) through an SS7 network, processes a signal by interworking with a TCP/IP network for an actual service and transmits a process result to a corresponding network. IVRs(Interactive Voice Response)(40a,40b) are connected to the mobile terminals(10a-10n) through the SS7 network, and process an SS7 signaling and proceed with an actual service by interworking with the SIU(30). A DB server(50) is connected to the mobile terminals(10a-10n) through the SS7 network, manages and operates various DBs, and performs user authenticating and processes a service call statistics part while performing TCP/IP communication with the IVRs(40a,40b). An operation/management server(90) remotely monitors and operates a state of the IVRs(40a,40b) and the DB server(50), a signal state or a channel state.
