PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a pipe having holes is provided to prevent the crack and a breakage generated in forming penetrating holes and forms the penetrating holes and the pipe simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of pipe having holes comprises a first extruding machine(10) extruding a synthetic resins to the band shaped pipe; a first cooling portion(20) cooling and hardening the pipe formed by a first extruding machine; a winding roller(30) driven by a drive motor to spirally wind the pipe hardened by the first cooling portion; a second extruding machine(40) injecting a liquified adhesive between pipes spirally wound to the winding roller; a penetrating hole forming equipment(50) installed to a front of the winding roller to form a penetrating hole by scraping a prescribed part of the adhesive injected from the second extruding machine; and a second cooling portion(60) cooling and hardening the adhesive adhered between pipes.
