Anti-GiM antibody specifically reacting with GiM and a method for detecting anti-GiM antibody

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is an auto-antibody specific to granules in macrophage(GiM) and used for the study cell biology and immunology. The diseases relating to a macrophage are diagnosed by examining the presence of auto-antibody of GiM in a biological sample and their prognosis is determined by measuring the activity of auto-antibody of GiM in a biological sample of a patient having a disease relating to a microphage. CONSTITUTION: The diagnosis method of a disease relating to a microphage characteristically comprises the steps of: contacting a biological sample of an analyte to an antigen, GiM; and examining the presence of an auto antibody of GiM in the biological sample by antigen-antibody reaction.
