The device has a cylindrical cap (3) with a threading (4) on an internal wall to screw on a neck (5) of a reservoir using a strong screw brake adhesive. The neck has two bayonets to close an opening by the cylindrical cap. An oil strainer (1) has a metal bottom formed in break vortex (2) and is perforated with maximum holes to allow the flow of fuel during filling of the reservoir.
