LOCAL VESSEL DISTRIBUTION OF TOPOTECAN IN COMBINATION WITH RAPAMYCIN FOR PREVENTING RESTENOSIS AFTER TROUBLE OF VESSEL

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implantable medical device, which is coated to minimize biological vital reaction for introduction of a medical device to an organism. PSOLUTION: The medical device can be coated with a number of biocompatible materials. Various medicines for medical treatment are mixed with the biocompatible materials to be fixed to at least a part of the medical device. These treatment medicines further can reduce fixed vital reaction to the introduction of the medical device to the organism. In addition to the above, these treatment medicines are used for accelerating healing including formation of coagulation of blood. The device can be improved to accelerate endothelial development. Further, various materials and coating methods are used for holding the medicines on the medical device until they are distributed and positioned. In addition to the above, a device for distributing the implantable medical device can be improved to reduce the possibility of damaging the implantable device in the course of disposition.
