PERMEABILITY ESTIMATION METHOD USING GENOTYPE DATA AND PHENOTYPE DATA, AND METHOD FOR EXAMINING RELATION BETWEEN DIPLOTYPE AND PHENOTYPE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simultaneously estimating permeability, based on diplotype in addition to a haplotype frequency and diplotype, based on the observed genotype data and phenotype data. PSOLUTION: Step (a) and step (b) are included. In step (a), the maximum likelihood (LSBomax/SB), obtained by maximizing likelihood under a hypothesis wherein a specific diplotype and a specific phonotype are not related with an the haplotype frequency and permeability as parameters, based on the genotype data and phenotype data, and the haplotype frequency, and the likelihood estimation value of permeability and the maximum likelihood(LSBomax/SB) obtained by maximizing the likelihood under a hypothesis, wherein the specific diplotype and the specific phonotype are related.
