PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating a three-phase pulse width modulation waveform, which can individually set the dead time values for the upper and lower arms.;SOLUTION: The device comprises an up-down counter 1; a resistor for comparison 2; a comparator 3; a positive phase delay circuit 5; a waveform generation part 6; an output polarity control circuit 13; a negative phase delay circuit 16; a selection circuit 18; a tristate buffer 20; and a tristate buffer 21.
