PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new system for calculating an economic value of a creation in a technical idea such as an invention capable of dealing as an objective right as an intellectual property right, by a proper information processing technique for various data formed into a qualitative value, and capable of executing easily and quickly the loan or the like therefor, using a communication network.;SOLUTION: In this system for executing the loan or the like for the economic value of the invention using the communication network and the information processing technique, the various qualitative values indicating the marketability as to a technical characteristic of the invention itself and the various qualitative values as to business performing ability of an executor are found when evaluating the economic value of the invention and when executing a capital subscription and the load financial in response to the value, an amount allowing the loan or the like is calculated based thereon to be integrated as a fundamental data, and the execution of the loan or the like is settled by preparing, using it, an application for an examination as to the propriety of the loan or the like to an execution person of the loan or the like, by a computer unit connected to the communication network, and by receiving a reply of an examination result therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
