Purpose: the head rest at the seat for a vehicle is arranged to reduce the height that damage automatically adjusts head rest on the head of a passenger and the vertebra of neck in rear-ending, and depends on the posture of passenger. Construction: the head rest at the seat for a vehicle includes pressure detecting unit (100), it is prepared respectively in a seat cushion and a backrest (420), one lift unit (200), it lifts head rest (500), it is prepared in backrest, the sum that one controller (300) is connect with pressure detecting unit and lift unit respectively lifts up and down the head rest by lift unit, depends on pressure and is detected by pressure detecting unit.
