TEST APPARATUS FOR GREEN TIRE INSPECTION WHICH CHECKS DISORDER OF GREEN TIRE BEFORE THE LATTER AFTER MOLDING PROCESS IS INPUT INTO VULCANIZATION PROCESS

PURPOSE: A test apparatus for green tire inspection is provided to check the faulty related to the uniformity or weight of the tire before the green tire after molding process is input into a vulcanization process, and then to repair and supplement the sorted tire with a faulty so as to reduce the waste disposal rate of the completed tire. CONSTITUTION: The green tire(2), completed by molding machine, is seated on a palette(3), transported to a waiting storage for green tire(2) using a conveyer belt, etc. and then input into a vulcanizer. The test apparatus(7) is arranged on the conveyer belt which is installed in the front side of the waiting storage for green tire(2) and includes: a load cell(8), measuring a weight; a conveyer belt moving up and down, moved up- and downwards; a lower rim(10), arranged over the load cell(8); a support(11), onto which the palette(3) is seated; an upper rim(12), moved upward and downward in a distanced manner from the lower rim(10); and several laser sensors(13), inspecting the roundness and projection degree of the green tire(2).
