PURPOSE: Provided is a method for post-treatment of a lithium secondary battery, which facilitates formation of a stable and uniform solid interface film at an anode, and thus improves cycle characteristics and swelling characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The method for post-treatment of a lithium secondary battery comprises the steps of: injecting preliminarily 50-90 V% of electrolyte based on the total weight of the electrolyte to be injected into a battery casing including a cathode and anode; charging the battery preliminarily; further injecting the remaining electrolyte into the pre-charged battery; aging the resultant battery at high temperature; and further aging the preliminarily aged battery at high temperature.
