METHOD OF EXTRACTING MODEL PARAMETER SET FOR MONTE-CARLO SIMULATION

The extraction method of the Monte-Carlo simulation model parameters for a set is disclosed. Measuring the main characteristic data (ET data) of the basic elements constituting the integrated circuit, and extracts a variation value of the measured data ET. By a variation value of the measured data ET with the objective function to extract the model parameters set that can reproduce the variation value of the ET data best. Because by using a variation value of the measured data ET with the objective function to obtain the dispersion value of the selected model parameters, it is possible to accurately implement the variation of the ET data, circuit analysis of a distributed nature.
