The method involves utilizing an orthogonal vibration wave to form a shaft driving force. Triple phase driving traveling waves are generated for piezoceramic shaft-driving type ultrasonic motors according to a propagation difference of a wavelength of a driving point. The ultrasonic motor comprises of a hollow structure shell, a shaft, a rotor bearing, and a stator bearing seat. An independent claim is also included for a piezoceramic shaft-driving type ultrasonic motor.
