The process involves generating radiological images. A report concerning the images is generated by examining them and assigning markers to key images selected according to relevance criteria. The markers are detected and links of type hypertext corresponding to the key images are inserted in text body of the reports to produce interactive reports (8). The interactive reports and/or summarized presentation of key images are exported. The reports and/or the images are exported in the form of paper edition and/or electronic edition by implementing a CD ROM or DVD ROM recorder. An independent claim is also included for a system permitting a radiologist to generate interactive radiological reports.
