The structure has prefabricated concrete blocks (14) of rectangular parallelepiped shape, each being hollowed out in cross shape on each of its sides. The blocks are arranged in two layers (C1, C2) to define a slope covering a part of a shoreline. The blocks are regularly arranged side by side and one behind the other. The blocks at the end of the layers are rest on a reverse-slop (19a) with interposition of an embankment (19).
