The toilet has a lavatory lid (20) and a toilet seat (16) with a space between to allow the passage of air from outside towards an inner cavity of the basin, when the lid and the seat are folded on the basin. The space has height lesser than 2mm and a length lower than 50mm, when it is situated at the level of front parts and/or side parts of the basin. A gap is provided between the toilet seat and a basin.
