PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation apparatus capable of simulating calculation of a reaction rate in a simulation for polymerization reaction, even if kinds of monomers increase.;SOLUTION: In this simulation apparatus, all components that will exist in the polymerization reaction is classified according to their molecular weights and kinds of functional groups of terminal monomers that will be used in a reaction with other component generated in the polymerization reaction, and an amount of variation in concentration per unit time for each classified component is defined using a reaction rate constant of the mutual functional groups of the terminal monomers that will be observed in the polymerization reaction. Furthermore, in the simulation apparatus, using a plurality of inputted experimental results, a value of the reaction rate constant of the mutual functional groups of the terminal monomers is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
