PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method and an evaluation device, making it possible to obtain a quantitative index related to biohazard of a food processed in a clean room.;SOLUTION: The device for evaluating the biohazard of the processed food is characterized by comprising an input portion 30, an operation portion 40 for multiplying an exposed area A of the processed food processed in the clean room, an exposure time T of the processed food in the clean room, an air cleanness F in the clean room, and a correction coefficient α based on an air flow speed in the clean room, wherein the values are inputted in the input portion, operating the multiplied numerical value as a biohazard level of the processed food, and then determining the proper operation conditions of the clean room on the basis of the biohazard level, and an output portion 50 for outputting the biohazard level and the clean room proper operation conditions operated and determined in the operation portion 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
