PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the sponsor of a seminar to quickly and easily acquire information related with a seminar such as the personal information and questionnaire total results of seminar participants in an exhibition hall.;SOLUTION: A visitor who wants to attend a seminar transmits visitor ID, personal information and the name of a seminar which the visitor wants to attend from an attendance terminal 200-j to a seminar server 400. The seminar server 400 transmits the seminar contents of the requested seminar to the attendance terminal 200-j, and manages the visitor ID and personal information seminar name by associating them. Furthermore, the seminar server 400 transmits questionnaires to the attendance terminal 200-j, and manages the answers. Also, when a request is made from a management terminal 300-k which is operated by the seminar sponsor, the seminar server 400 generates the attendant list of the seminar or questionnaire total results based on the managed information, and transmits them to the management terminal 300-k.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
