METHOD OF DETERMINING THE INITIAL STAGES OF INFECTION OF TRITICALE LEAVES WITH FUNGI PUCCINIA RECONDITA F. SP. TRITICI AND ERYSIPHE GRAMINIS F. SP.TRITICI

A method of determining the initial stages of contaminating triticale leaves with the fungi Puccinia recondita f. sp. tritici and Erysiphe graminis f. sp. tritici includes application of film-forming substances on the surface of the leave. Artificially infected triticale leaves are coated with transparent nail enamel, imprints of a lamina (enamel films) are obtained and according to them initial stages of contaminating the triticale leaves with the fungi are determined by means of a microscope.
