The present invention relates to a technique for promoting differentiation into CD34 + 38-human hematopoietic stem cells by complex culture of embryonic bodies prepared from human embryonic stem cells with human placental stromal cells. Specifically, the present invention demonstrates that the embryonic body differentiated from human embryonic stem cells for 5 days in combination with normal human placental stromal cells significantly promotes differentiation into CD34 + 38-human hematopoietic stem cells. Through the differentiation / proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells from human embryonic stem cells, it can be usefully applied for supplying immune cells and producing artificial blood for cell therapy. ; Human placental matrix cell, human embryonic stem cell, human embryoid body, hematopoietic stem cell differentiation
