FIELD: technology for manufacturing magnetizable core with winding for electric machine.;SUBSTANCE: method for making core with winding for electric machine, magnetizable as a result of electromagnetic excitation, includes preparation of core at first stage, said core mainly having shape of rectangular parallelepiped with grooves passing in with one of its sides, into said grooves at next stage winding of core is positioned by its groove sides and after that at next stage core together with winding is shaped as additional cylindrical ring with grooves directed radially inside. At additional stage each one of all groove sides of winding, positioned in one of grooves, prior to positioning in groove is pressed by appropriate instrument by pressing into its profiled groove and, thus, is subjected to plastic deformation.;EFFECT: increased coefficient of filling of core grooves by winding and rationalized technology for manufacturing said core.;5 cl, 27 dwg
