Emission control device for an internal combustion engine (1) with a particle filter (6) for collecting particles from emission gas and an inlet clean up device installed with throttle valve (14). Particles quality is monitored in the particle filter by the instrument range regulation mechanism (2) which also classify operating condition of internal combustion engine.
