The composite material comprises of planar elements having wide or big surfaces and shear deformation property, and formed with liquid-tight and pressure-resistant coating. An adhesive is used for stably connecting the planar elements together. The planar element can be made of wood and flexible plastics. The planar elements are formed and connected together without bulging, breaking or folding.
