The oven has a quartz glass plate fixed in a rear area, where the plate controls temperature as a radiant heat in a baking panel by a ceramic hob. A rotary selector presets the temperature in the panel. A fireclay plate is provided at the top and bottom of the panel. An additional insertion panel is provided in the center of the panel. Height and volume of the panel is 10.2 decimeter square and 20.7 decimeter square.
