The shelter has an enclosure (1) with a work space (12) in which an operator is placed. A seat is mounted movable in the enclosure between utilization and storage positions, where the seat is utilized in the work space in the utilization position and is disengaged from the work space, in the storage position. The seat is mounted on a pendular structure which is carried by an upper part (31) of the enclosure.
