PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation apparatus for a network application, evaluation method and control program in an evaluation system which is simplified while taking into account flexibility in evaluation implementation, the response of request response packets and the like. PSOLUTION: The evaluation system comprises a terminal 10 to be tested which includes a first computer; a plurality of target devices 30 which are controlled by applications; and a test terminal 20, which includes a second computer running a program for generating a plurality of virtual addresses and evaluating the application. The test terminal 20 redirects responses, resulting from transferring communication data to the plurality of target devices 30, as they are, according to the plurality of virtual addresses, to the terminal 10 to be tested, according to a virtual address; and the response from a target device 30 is stored in a data cache unit 24, the response from the target device 30 stored in the data cache unit 24 is redirected to the terminal 10 to be tested.
