PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video universal content production system and its production display and distribution system for obtaining video display wherein creator's intention to a variety of appreciation conditions is suitably reproduced by using information needed to operate impression components.;SOLUTION: An optimized video reproduction system is equipped with a video content data storage unit A which stores and holds source image information G and additional information (g) for operating impression components as video content data, a readout and reproducing operation unit B which reads out and reproduces the video content data, and an adjustment coefficient setting unit C which sets an adjustment coefficient for the additional information (g); and the adjustment coefficient setting unit C sets the adjustment coefficient (r) of an image for the additional information (g) on the basis of the source image which is read out of the data storage unit A and reproduced by the readout and reproducing operation unit B and on which the creator's production representation intention is reflected, the adjusted additional information (gr) is added to the source image, and the impression components are operated under observer's side video appreciation conditions to create universal contents of video.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
