METHOD FOR ASSUMING MAIN REASON FOR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND METHOD FOR CREATING CONCEPT TO RESOLVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a concept to resolve technical problems and a method for assuming main reasons for technical problems, which may help an engineer to hypothesize the main reasons for functionally difficult technical problems and also to define the problems even though he or she is not yet well experienced. PSOLUTION: The method comprises steps of: assuming a total function in a total technical system as a process for converting an input into an output; dividing the converting process into a plurality of sub-processes based on observations in view of state conversions; analyzing the phenomenon in each of the sub-processes; hypothesizing which function or the subprocess has a technical problem; classifying various types of the technical problems; referring to a classification table for the technical problems based on the classified main reasons for the technical problems; hypothesizing the main reason for the technical problems; and creating the concept for resolving the technical problems by assuming that an ideal state for the total technical system is without any technical problem and also by studying a means for assigning a numerical zero as a numerical value for items, which are selected from the classification table for the technical problems.
