PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery system for delivering video images made by interlinking video images imaged by a mobile phone with video images including advertisement information to the viewer's mobile phone.;SOLUTION: As for a video image file stored by a first video image accumulation server 3 and a video image file stored by a second video image accumulation server 5, when a delivery request relating to the first video image file occurs accessing a management server 4 from a viewer's mobile phone 6, the first video image accumulation server 3 acquires a second image file stored by the second video image accumulation server 5, and interlinks the first video image file and the second video image file.
